Nora June Truitt'S Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground lean cured ham
    1 lb. ground lean fresh ham
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    4 Tbsp. grape jelly
    2 c. chicken broth, defatted
    pepper
Preparation
    Mix jelly and chicken broth together.
    Mix all into a loaf and bake in skillet with a lid on it for 1 hour.
    When done, put a topping of brown sugar creamed with mustard (4 tablespoons of each) over the top and brown at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
