Company Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded (reserve 1/2 c.)
    1 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. margarine, melted
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup or cream of celery
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Quarter, peel and boil potatoes until tender.
    In the meantime, in greased, 2-quart baking dish, mix all other ingredients, except reserved cheese, and soup mixture gently.
