Crawfish Fettuccine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    3 small bell peppers
    3 medium onions
    3 cloves garlic
    3 ribs celery
    2 lb. crawfish or shrimp or chicken
    1 pt. half and half
    1 lb. jalapeno cheese, shredded
    1 (12 oz.) Luxury fettuccine
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a large skillet or Dutch oven, melt butter, add peppers, onions, celery and garlic.
    Stir and cook 10 minutes.
    Add crawfish, shrimp or chicken, half and half and cheese.
    Stir and cook on low until cheese melts.
    Cook fettuccine according to package directions.
    Drain.
    Combine fettuccine and cheese sauce. Pour into 3-quart casserole, cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Top with Parmesan cheese.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
