Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. chopped pecans
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
Preparation

Soften cream cheese; add
rest of ingredients and chill 4 hours.
Shape into ball or log.
Roll in pecans.
