Slaw To Freeze - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium cabbage
1 Tbsp. salt
1 bell pepper, chopped fine
1 carrot, grated
1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. mustard seed
1 Tbsp. celery seed
1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Make a syrup of vinegar, water, mustard seed, celery seed and sugar.
Boil one minute.
Let syrup stand until lukewarm.
Pour over cabbage and freeze in containers.
