Momma Teegarden'S "Beer Cheese" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. box Velveeta cheese (room temperature)
    6 oz. stale beer
    1 heaping tsp. minced garlic
    1 small onion, minced fine
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Measure beer and let sit out 8 to 12 hours.
    Mix together with fork, adding beer to suit consistency (like a thick cake batter). Pour into mason jars.
    Refrigerate.
    Serve with saltine crackers. The longer this is refrigerated, the hotter it gets!!
