Raspberry Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. raspberries
1/2 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 cube butter or margarine, melted
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Combine raspberries, sugar and cornstarch in saucepan.
Heat to boiling, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat.
Cool.
Mix together vanilla wafers, sugar and margarine.
Spread 2 1/2 cups of mixture in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Blend together cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Spread over wafer mixture.
When raspberry mixture is cool, spread over cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle remaining crushed wafers over top.
