Crab In Pastry Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1 chopped onion
    4 cloves minced garlic
    8 oz. sliced mushrooms
    8 oz. spinach
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. Italian bread crumbs
    2 cans cream of shrimp soup
    1 lb. crabmeat
    4 eggs, beaten well (add after mixture cools)
    20 phyllo sheets
    1 c. melted unsalted butter
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in 1 1/2 sticks margarine.
    Add mushrooms and spinach; mix well.
    Add cheese, bread crumbs and soup.
    Mix well.
    Gently add crabmeat.
    Let mixture cool.
    Add in beaten eggs.
