Homemade Hot Tamales - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion
    1 large box chili powder
    1 tsp. red cayenne pepper
    corn meal
    salt
Preparation
    Pressure cook chicken until done (save the broth).
    After deboning chicken, mix with raw ground beef; cook slowly together over low heat until browned.
    Add one chopped onion, chili powder, red pepper and salt to taste.
    Mix corn meal (as making corn bread); spread over cut aluminum pieces, then spread meat mixture over the meal mixture.
    Roll up; put in large pot and pour broth over it.
    Boil until meal mixture is cooked.
