Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced chicken
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. diced pimento
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1 Tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Heat chicken and broth in covered pan over low heat until thoroughly hot.
Stir occasionally.
Remove from heat and add celery, pimento, onion, salt and pepper.
Combine lemon juice with mayonnaise and pour over chicken mixture.
Toss lightly.
Place in casserole dish and top with grated cheese.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
