Pie Crust Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 lb. vegetable shortening
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt in large bowl.
    Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse meal.
    Cover tightly to store.
    Does not need refrigeration.
    To make 8-inch pie crust, add 2 to 4 tablespoons ice water to 1 1/4 cups pie crust mix.
    Mix gently and roll.
    Adjust the amount of mix to the size of pie shell desired.
