Fran'S Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can pork and beans
    1 large onion, diced
    4 medium potatoes, sliced
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In 2-quart casserole dish, put layer of potatoes, onions, meat and beans.
    Repeat layers.
    Pour soup and water over layers.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Cover.
    Bake 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    To shorten baking time, parboil potatoes 15 minutes.
