One Step Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour (self-rising)
    1 c. sugar
    3 c. peaches or other fruit
    1/2 c. milk
    1 beaten egg
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place fruit on bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Sprinkle with sugar.
    Mix together flour, salt, sugar, milk and egg.
    Toss with fork until crumbly.
    Sprinkle over fruit.
    Drizzle butter over top and bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 or 40 minutes until brown.
