Microwaved Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (5 to 7 oz.) fish fillets or steaks
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice or white wine
    1/2 tsp. tarragon or other herb
Preparation
    Arrange fish on a microwave-proof platter with the thicker parts to the outside of the dish. Combine other ingredients and brush mixture over fish. Cover fish with plastic wrap or wax paper and microwave on the High setting for 5 minutes. Check for doneness. Continue microwaving and checking at 1 minute intervals until fish is flaky and no longer translucent in the center. Garnish with 2 teaspoons lemon or lime peel and parsley. Yield: 4 servings.
