Mama'S Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/2 c. soft butter or cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Add enough additional flour to roll out.
    Roll out to about 1/4-inch thick or pinch off dough and make into small balls.
    Pat down to desired thickness.
    They are softer if not rolled or patted too thin.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 until barely done.
