Porcupines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 egg
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. coconut
Preparation
-
Mix all except coconut.
Drop by teaspoon in coconut.
Roll and form into balls.
Lightly grease pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes until brown.
