Whipped Cream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. oleo or margarine
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend the flour and milk in a saucepan.
    Mix well; cook over medium
    heat
    until
    smooth and thick.
    Cool completely. Beat the oleo or margarine, shortening and sugar with electric mixer
    at high speed for 10 minutes.\tAdd flour mixture; beat until
    well blended.
    Add
    the vanilla;
    mix well.
    Spread on cake.
