Yeast Biscuit Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. plain flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. Crisco shortening
    2 pkg. yeast, melt in warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Cut in shortening.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add buttermilk and yeast to dry mixture.
    Mix well. Let stand a few hours or overnight if you like.
    Turn out on board.
    Roll to 1/2 inch thickness.
    Cut.
    Dip in butter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0.
