Gazpacho - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. finely chopped, peeled tomato
1/2 c. finely chopped green bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. chives or onion tops
1 small clove garlic, finely mashed
3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. tomato juice or V-8 *

*One can chicken stock can be substituted for part of tomato juice.
