Oniony Oven Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 to 7 medium potatoes, peeled and cut in chunks
1/3 c. oil
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
dash of salt and pepper, if desired

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
In a large Ziploc bag, place all ingredients and shake until potatoes are coated.
Pour in a shallow baking pan.
Bake approximately 40 minutes.
Stir every 15 minutes until potatoes are tender and brown.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
