Szechwan Shredded Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. chicken breasts, shredded
    2 oz. shredded carrots
    2 oz. diced water chestnuts
    1/4 c. chopped scallions
    2 oz. shredded bamboo shoots
    4 black mushrooms, shredded
    2 hot peppers
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cooking wine
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. white pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. hot bean paste or hot pepper oil
    1 Tbsp. chicken broth or water
Preparation
    Fry for 10 seconds.
    Add cornstarch and stir well.
    Remove and serve.
