Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 tsp. salt
3 hard-cooked eggs
3 sweet pickles, chopped
1 Tbsp. lemon juice (scant)
mayonnaise (to moisten)
Preparation

Combine.
Chill thoroughly.
(Three cups of chicken equals 3 large breasts, a skimpy 3 pounds.)
