Beef And Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 1/2 medium onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dill
    freshly ground black pepper
    1 eggplant or 3 summer squash
    2 c. low-fat yogurt
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Combine with the onion, garlic, dill and pepper. Slice the eggplant or squash into long slices, about 1/8-inch thick.
    In a casserole 8 x 8 x 2-inch, arrange one layer vegetables, then a layer of meat.
    Repeat this one more time, ending with a layer of vegetables.
    Pour yogurt on top of this mixture.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 60 minutes until casserole starts to bubble.
