Quick Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1/3 c. lukewarm water
4 Tbsp. melted shortening
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cold milk
flour
Preparation

Put dry yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar in 1/3 cup of lukewarm water.
Stir and let set 3 or 4 minutes.
Then put melted shortening, 4 tablespoons sugar and salt into large mixing bowl. Add cold milk to this, then the yeast mixture and enough flour to make stiff dough.
Cover and let rise in warm place 1 hour.
