Egg White Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Beat egg whites, salt, cream of tartar and vanilla until soft white peaks form.
    Add sugar, gradually beating until peaks are stiff.
    Fold in chocolate chips.
    Cover cookie sheet with brown paper.
    Drop mixture in rounded teaspoons.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 about 25 minutes.
