Sue'S Unbelievable Easy Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef, scrambled
4 to 5 c. spaghetti sauce (Ragu)
8 oz. lasagne noodles
1 lb. cottage cheese
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In
skillet,
brown ground beef (scrambled).
Drain off excess fat.
Add\tspaghetti sauce.
Heat just until warm.
In 13\tx

2-inch pan, spread about 1 1/2 cups meat mixture; arrange
a layer of uncooked lasagne.\tDo not worry about the open spaces at the ends of the pan, the lasagne will expand as it\tcooks.\tTop lasagne noodles with some meat sauce, cottage cheese, Mozzarella and Parmesan.
Add another layer of lasagne pressing pieces gently into mixture below.
Repeat other layer additions
using all ingredients.
Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0, uncover and bake additional 15 to 20 minutes. Allow to stand a few minutes.
