Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. top sirloin
1 sliced onion
1 large can mushrooms or fresh mushrooms (optional)
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 small carton sour cream
3/4 c. water
Preparation

Cut sirloin into slices.
Cook meat, onion and mushrooms until brown.
Stir in water, gravy mix, soup and paprika.
Let simmer until well mixed and desired consistency.
Just before serving, add sour cream and mix well.
Serve over rice or noodles.
Serve with salad and vegetables.
