Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 lb. Velveeta
    6 slices American cheese
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 c. grated carrots or broccoli
Preparation
    Saute carrots or broccoli with the butter and onions.
    Grate cheese and place all ingredients in a slow cooker or crock-pot. Cook on low for 2 hours.
    Stir occasionally.
