Luxloda Finnish Salmon And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans salmon (red is best)
    4 large potatoes
    1 large onion
    1 c. milk
    1/2 stick margarine
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    garlic powder to taste
Preparation
    Peeling potatoes is optional.
    Quarter potatoes and slice very thin; quarter the slices.
    In a 3-quart casserole, layer the ingredients:
    potatoes, salmon, onions, seasonings and a few dabs of margarine.
    Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
    Pour milk over all.
    Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
