Breaded Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean pork chops
    1 clove garlic, mashed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. vinegar or lime juice
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. bread or cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Wash the pork chops; dry them well.
    Mix garlic, pepper, oregano and vinegar or lime juice.
    Rub into chops and let marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a rectangular baking pan large enough to hold the chops.
    Beat the eggs with the 2 teaspoons of salt.
    Dip the chops into the egg mixture and then again into the bread or cracker crumbs.
    Place them in the baking pan and bake for 1 hour.
