Marinated Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can French-style green beans
1 (15 oz.) can whole corn
1 (15 oz.) can medium size hominy
1 (15 oz.) can carrots, cut in small pieces
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. cider vinegar
1 c. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
onion, thinly sliced
1 can tomato juice or 1 1/2 c. catsup
Preparation

Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate at least 8 hours. Makes 6 servings.
