Orange Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. tapioca pudding
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
1/4 c. sugar
2 (10.5 oz.) cans mandarin oranges in mandarin orange juice
2 c. Cool Whip
Preparation

Reserve the juice from the mandarin oranges.
To the juice, add water to make 2 2/3 cups liquid.
Pour this over pudding, Jell-O and sugar in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil; let cool.
Add oranges and Cool Whip.
Spoon mixture into a mold.
