Salmon Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tall can salmon, drained (take out bones and skin)
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix and shape into log or ball.
    Roll in chopped nuts and parsley.
    Chill.
