Peppered Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round steak, trimmed and cut in 1/2-inch strips
    paprika
    2 tsp. beef bouillon
    1 1/2 c. water
    3/4 c. soy sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    rice
    1 large green pepper, cut in strips
    1 large onion, cut in rings
    1 large tomato or 2 (if desired), cut in quarters or eighths; not diced)
Preparation
    Sprinkle round steak with paprika and brown in about 1 tablespoon of oil in large skillet.
    Mix bouillon and water and add to steak. Cover and let simmer for about 10 or 15 minutes.
