Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. salad oil
1 tsp. garlic clove
3/4 c. water
1 c. ketchup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

Cook over low heat until thick and vegetables are done.
Cook large beef roast; shred and add to barbecue sauce.
Serve on buns.
