Dusty'S Buttermilk Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh corn, cut off cob
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook corn and water for approximately 20 minutes.
    Add sugar, salt and pepper.
    Mix cornstarch, milk and flour.
    Stir this until smooth.
    Thicken the corn with it.
    When thick remove from heat and add butter.
    Ready to eat.
