Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients and set aside. Blend eggs, sugar and oil until light and fluffy. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Add zucchini, vanilla and nuts. Mix well. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes. Yields two 9 x 5 x 2 loaves.
