Chili Relleno Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. grated Colby cheese
1/2 lb. grated Jack cheese
2 cans whole Ortega green chilies, cleaned and cut square
1 can evaporated milk
7 eggs
1 Tbsp. flour
1 (6 to 8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
-
Grease a deep baking dish lightly.
Layer cut chilies on bottom; then layer grated Colby cheese.
Layer green chilies again and another layer of cheese.
