Beef Barley Soup(This Is A Low-Fat Meal.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef*
    3 qt. water
    1/3 c. quick barley
    3 Tbsp. beef bouillon (use more if needed)
    2 c. chopped or diced potatoes
    1 small chopped onion
    1 or 2 cans mixed vegetables (without potatoes)
    1 medium can stewed tomatoes
    2 cloves garlic, diced
    okra (optional)
Preparation
    *Can be half pound hamburger or oxtails.
