Honey Ham Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium green pepper
    1 medium onion
    2 ribs celery
    1 small can mushrooms, sliced
    1 can bean sprouts, drained
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 c. cooked ham strips
    3 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. chicken bouillon
Preparation
    Cut green pepper in strips, onion in slices and celery in slices.
    Heat oil; add onion and ham.
    Cook until ham is slightly browned.
    Add bouillon, pepper, celery and mushrooms.
    Cover tightly; cook slowly for 6 minutes.
    Mix remaining ingredients; add and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Serve with crisp noodles or rice.
