Apple Crumb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 7 tart apples (5 c.), bite-size pieces
1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
Preparation

Place apples in pie shell.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon over apples.
In mixing bowl combine 1/3 cup sugar, flour and butter; use knife or pastry blender until crumbs are formed. Spread over apples and press down.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
