Pineapple Cream Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lime Jell-O
    1/3 c. pineapple juice
    1 pkg. cream cheese
    2/3 c. crushed pineapple
    2/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 pt. cream
    chopped pecans
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Add juice and vinegar. Mash cream cheese with a fork and, while the jello mixture is still warm, add the cheese.
    Whip cream until stiff; fold in drained crushed pineapple (use juice with Jell-O).
    Mix all ingredients.
    Sprinkle entire top with chopped pecans.
    Freeze.
