Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Hamburger
3/4 c. Bread Crumbs
3/4 c. Milk
3 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 Clove Garlic (Minced)
1 pkg. Dry Onion Soup Mix
1/2 pt. Sour Cream
Preparation
-
1. Mix ingredients and shape into small meat balls. Roll in flour and brown in hot cooking oil. Drain off.
2. Add 2 c. hot water and the onion soup mix. Simmer for
15 minutes.
