Raita - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. nonfat plain yogurt
    1 cucumber
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dried dill
    1/4 c. fresh mint (if available)
Preparation
    Put yogurt in bowl.
    Mix with fork to make it smooth.
    Grate cucumber in a small bowl.
    Let stand for 1/2 hour.
    Squeeze out liquid.
    Blend into yogurt.
    Add salt, dill and mint.
    Put into refrigerator for at least an hour or two.
    Sprinkle dill on top before serving.
