Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. cream style corn
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 chopped onion
1 1/3 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1/2 c. chopped jalapenos
small jar of pimentos
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well, and pour into well greased iron skillet. Bake in 350 degree oven until done and golden brown.
