Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell (unbaked)
    8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
    dash of nutmeg
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Sprinkle bacon and cheese over bottom of pie crust in pan.
    Beat eggs; add all other ingredients and mix well.
    Pour mixture over bacon and cheese.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
