Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 c. butter
    5 Tbsp. olive oil
    3/4 c. Marsala cooking wine
    1 can mushrooms
Preparation
    Combine oil and butter over medium heat.
    Pound chicken between layers of Saran Wrap.
    Dredge chicken in flour/herb mixture and shake off excess.
    Saute for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
    Add mushrooms and Marsala wine.
    Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
