Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 minced garlic clove
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/4 tsp. dried basil
    1/8 tsp. each: salt, sugar and black pepper
    1 c. thinly sliced red onion, separated into rings
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    4 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
    6 to 8 whole ripe olives, pitted and halved
    3 Tbsp. crumbled Feta cheese
Preparation
    In a bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, garlic, oregano, basil, sugar, salt and pepper. Add onion and green pepper. Toss to coat. Stir in tomatoes, olives and cheese. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
