Curried Hot Fruit Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can pear halves, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can peach halves, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Arrange fruit in a 2 quart baking dish.
    Combine butter, sugar, curry powder and salt in a small saucepan.
    Heat until sugar is dissolved.
    Pour over fruit.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25-30 minutes.\tServe hot topped with a dollop of sour cream, if desired.\tServes 6-8.
