Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. instant nonfat dry milk
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    8 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pumpkin
    1/2 c. grated carrots
    4 Tbsp. raisins
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients in separate bowl.
    Combine eggs and vanilla.
    Add pumpkin and mix well.
    Add dry ingredients, carrots and raisins.
    Spray 12 cup muffin tin with nonstick spray.
    Fill and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Two servings (6 each) = 1 bread, 1 protein, 1 milk and 1 fruit.
